Meen Varuval

Ingredients
Fish slices-8
(I used Sierra fish)
Salt to taste
Tamarind juice-3tsp
Ready made fish fry masala-3tsp
Red chilly powder-1/4tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste-1tsp
Oil-to shallow fry
Method
Marinate both sides of the fish with the above ingredients for 1 hr.Shallow fry them in a pan till crisp on both sides & cooked.

    Pic is mouthwatering.... I'm already slurping that too at this hour.. midnight slurps!!!! My mom would probably be visiting me tomorrow. And she would bring it for me & then I would feast on them....
