Mango Lassi / Summer Mango Drink

Ingredients
Ripe mango chopped-1 cup
Thick curd/yogurt-1/2 cup
Milk-1/4 cup
Cardamom powder-a pinch
Sugar-1tsp or more according to the sweetness of the fruit
Garnish
Chopped pistachio & saffron strings
Method
Blend all above ingredients together in a blender.Serve it cold garnished with nuts & saffron.

Apricot & Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients
Apricot(seed removed)-8
Chopped water melon-2 cups
Mint leaves-6
Ginger-a small piece
Salt & Pepper-a pinch
Lime juice-1tsp
Honey(optional)-to your taste
(I didn't use)
Water to dilute
Method
Blend the fruits,mint & ginger to a smooth liquid.Filter it(optional),mix the lime juice,honey & seasoning.Pour water & dilute it.Serve it cold.

Thick curd-1/2 cup
Sugar-1 or 2 tsp
Crushed cardamom powder-a pinch(optional)
Method
Blend all above ingredients together in a blender till smooth and frothy.Serve it cold with ice cubes....

Ingredients
Carrot juice-1 cup
Watermelon cubes-1 cup
Honey add to the sweetness(optional)
(I didn't use,as the juice was already sweet)
Water to dilute
Ice cubes-little
Method
Blend carrot juice & watermelon in a blender.Filter & dilute it with water.Serve it cold with ice cubes.

Apple sauce-1
(Mott's natural apple sauce,no sugar added- 3.9 oz)
Fresh curd-1 cup
Cardamom powder-a pinch
Sugar-1 tsp or as per your taste
Saffron -for garnish
Method
Blend all above ingredients together.Garnish it with saffron & serve it cold.

Blueberry-1/2 cup
Almonds-8
Honey-1tsp
Roasted & powdered jeera-a pinch
(optional)

Blend all above ingredients together in a mixi.Sprinkle jeera powder on top & serve it cold with ice cubes.

Pineapple & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Banana-1
Pineapple juice-1 cup
(I used juice drained from the tin pineapples)
Grated nutmeg-2 pinch
Honey-1tsp
Table cream-3tsp
Method
Blend everything in a mixi until smooth & frothy.Serve it cold with some ice cubes.Garnish it with some grated nutmeg or cocoa powder.

Gulab-E-Aab

Ingredients
Milk-300ml
Crumbled ricotta cheese-2tsp
(or use khoya or rasamalai or kalakandh)
Blanched & chopped pistachio & almonds-1tsp
Crushed saffron-a pinch
Sugar-1 & 1/2tsp
Rose syrup-1tsp
Method
I took 2tbsp of ricotta cheese & microwaved it in high for 2 minutes till all water has evaporated & dry.Cool & crumble it.In a glass pour milk,mix sugar,khoya & syrup.Garnish it with saffron & blanched nuts.Serve it cold.Saffron & khoya gives a great taste for this dish.............

Jeera powder-1/4tsp

Lime juice-1tsp
Curry leaves chopped- little
Method
Beat all above ingredients together in the blender.Before serving garnish it with curry leaves & jeera.Serve it cold.
