Spicy Jicama Fruit Salad

Dressing
Lime juice-1tsp
Chilly flakes or chilly powder-1/4tsp
( I used chilly flakes)
Olive oil-1/4tsp
Honey-1/8tsp
Salt to taste
(mix all above ingredients together)
Other ingredients
Jicama cubed-a handful
Cubed ripe mango-1/2
Green grapes chopped-8
Chopped strawberry-4
Orange-1
Blueberry-a handful
Small pear chopped-1
or any fruit of your choice
Method
Put all the fruits in a bowl.Before serving pour the dressing on top,toss & serve it immediately.

Salad with Orange Dressing

Dressing
Juice of one small orange
Salt & pepper to taste
Roasted black sesame seeds-1tsp
(slightly crushed)
Balsamic vinegar-1/2tsp
Olive oil-1/2tsp
(Mix all above ingredients together)
Salad
Lettuce,shredded carrots & red cabbage-2 cups
Black olives-6
Raisins-10
Sliced pecan-12
Sliced onion-2tsp
Coriander leaves-little
Method
In a bowl put all ingredients under salad together.Before serving pour the dressing on top & toss it well.Serve immediately.

Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
Crushed fresh or canned pineapple-3tbsp
(I used canned)
Finely chopped capsicum-1/4
Finely chopped onion-1/4
Finely chopped Jalapeno-1
(seeds removed)
Finely chopped tomato-1
Finely chopped coriander leaves-little
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1/4tsp
Sugar-3/4 tsp
Lime juice-2tsp
Roasted jeera powder-a pinch
Distilled vinegar-3tbsp
Method
Mix all above ingredients together & serve it with chips.

Fresh Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
Sliced Tomato,Onion,Pickled Jalapeno,Lettuce leaves,Carrot(any veg. of your choice)
(required quantity)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive oil-1tsp
Kraft's Thousand Island Dressing -required quantity
Method
Toss all above ingredients together & serve it cold.
Tips
Garnish it with any nuts for extra taste.
