Chopped onion-1/4
Chopped tomato-1
Garlic-3
Long red chillies-4
Tamarind-a small piece
(I didn't use)
Salt to taste
Tempering
Sesame oil-3tsp
Mustard,Urad dhal & jeera-little
Curry leaves-little
Method
Heat 1tsp of oil & fry tomato,onion ,chillies & garlic till light brown. Add salt,tamarind & grind to a smooth paste.Temper it & serve it with any tiffin.
