Herbal Drink For Cholesterol / Biozen Tonic Recipe - Apple Cider Vinegar Garlic, Ginger, Lemon and Honey Syrup - Herbal Drink Recipe

Apple cider vinegar, Ginger,Garlic,Lemon juice and Honey drink
Ingredients

Ginger juice - 1 cup

( peel the ginger and chop into small cubes add some water and grind to a thick smooth liquid , filter and then measure the juice to 1 cup )

Garlic juice - 1 cup

( peel the garlic add some water and grind to a thick smooth liquid , do not filter then measure the juice to 1 cup )

Apple cider vinegar - 1 cup

Lemon juice - 1 cup

Honey - 1 cup

Method

Take a sauce pan add lemon juice, garlic juice, ginger juice and apple cider vinegar in low flame cook till the mixture reduces to 2 cups, switch off the stove and let cool completely.

Add honey and mix well , pour the syrup into a clean glass bottle and store it in fridge for a month.

How to drink this syrup?

Everyday morning in empty stomach mix 1 tsp of this syrup in warm water and drink. Drink for a month and check your LDL cholesterol level you will find the difference.

Ingredients

Methi / Fenugreek seeds - 250 gms

Ajwain / Omam - 100 gms

Kalonji / Karunjeerajam- 50 gms

Method

Dry roast each ingredients separately till colour changes. Do not fry too much and burn them.

Cool the ingredients and grind to a smooth powder. store it in a clean bottle.

Take a glass of hot water add 1 tsp of the powder mix and drink after dinner. After consuming this drink do not eat or drink anything. I add only 1/2 tsp as its too strong for me.

Drink this for a month to see the result. If you are taking any medication please consult doctor before consuming. As this worked for me iam sharing.

Removes toxins from your body, controls diabetes , helps in weight loss , cures constipation , reduces cholesterol.

Ingredients

Water - 3 cups

Guava leaves - 4

Sweetener of your choice (optional)

Method

Pour water in a pan add the guava leaves and boil in lower flame till they are reduced to 2 cups.

Switch off the flame cover and leave it for a minute and filter the tea.

Add sweetener if you like mix and enjoy hot or cold!

This drink has lots of health benefits some are  Reduces Acne . Lowers Cholestrol , Good for diabetes, Wound healing.

Ingredients

Beetle leaf chopped - 2

Water - 3 cups

Crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp

Crushed ginger - 1 tsp

Honey or Palm sugar - as needed

Method

Pour water in a sauce pan add the betel leaf, ginger and pepper boil till it reduces to 2 cups.

Filter and add needed honey mix and serve immediately.

Drink a cup a day for common cold and cough for a week.

Ingredients
Whole black urad dal with skin / Ulundhu - 1/4 cup
Naatu sarkarai - 1/2 cup
( If using jaggery or palm  jaggery add only 1/4 cup)
Sesame oil - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 & 1/2 cups


Method
Heat a pan add the urad dal and in low flame dry roast till nice aroma comes out and light brown. Do not over fry and burn.
Cool completely and dry grind to a semi smooth powder.
Add water and nattu sarkarai or jaggery in a pan once they dissolve filter to remove impurities.
Now pour the liquid in a heavy bottomed pan add the powdered urad dal and mix till there are no lumps.Now switch on the stove and in low flame cook the kali till its thick.
Slowly add the sesame oil and mix till the kali leaves the sides of the pan.
Switch off the stove and enjoy!

Ingredients
Lemon : 12 small size
Jeera / Cumin seeds : 500gms.
Indu Uppu : 200 gms
( Or Himalayan rock salt).
Dry Ginger / Chukku : 100 gms.
Process :
Dry grind jeera into a coarse powder
Take Juice out of 12  lemons.
Dry grind Indu Uppu to a fine powder.
Grind dry ginger into a fine powder
Mix all the dry powders into the Lemon Juice.
Allow the slurry to dry in flat plate in shelter.
(NOT IN SUNLIGHT)
 Within 2 or 3 days you may remove the powder and store in cool dry place. 
Take 1/4 tsp of this powder and drink some water for any indigestion problem.
