Allam Pachadi / Ginger Pickle (Andhra Style Ginger Pickle)

Oil-1/8 cup
Uraddhal-1/8 cup
Channa dhal-1/8 cup
Red chillies-6
Curry leaves-a handful
Ginger chopped-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Coriander seeds-1tsp
Brown sugar-4tsp
Tamarind soaked in warm water-a small lime size
Heat oil in a pan,fry all above ingredients one by one till light brown in colour.Cool it completely & grind it with tamarind & salt to a smooth paste.Serve it with any tiffin.
