Cauliflower Egg Puttu / Egg Puttu / Cauliflower and Egg Scramble

Ingredients
Finely chopped cauliflower-1 cup
Eggs-3
Salt to taste
Pepper-1tsp
Green chillies chopped-3
Onion chopped-1/2
Tomato chopped -1
Curry leaves-Little
Ginger chopped-1/4''
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Tempering
Oil-1tsp
Mustard-1/2tsp
Jeera-1/2tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan and temper it with mustard and jeera.
Fry onion, green chillies & ginger till light brown.
Add tomato,cauliflower & all the dry masala powders saute for couple minutes.
Close & cook it in low flame till vegetables are cooked and raw smell has disappeared ( do not add water).
Beat the eggs well & pour into the cooked vegetable and scramble. 
Cook till every thing is mixed properly.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve it with chapati or rice.
