Sweet corn -1 tin
(drain the water)
Salt to taste
Oil-1tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
Channa dal - 1/ 4 tsp
Hing - 1/8 tsp
Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chili -1
Curry leaves for garnish
Grated coconut - 1 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan & temper it with mustard, urad dal, channal dal, hing, ginger and green chilli.
Add the sweet corn & coconut, toss it well.
Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve.
