Ingredients
Grated Carrot-2
Yellow Moongh dhal-1/2 cup
(soak it in water for 30 minutes & drain)
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves-2tsp
Grated fresh coconut (Optional) -1tsp
Lime juice-2tsp
Chopped Cucumber (optional)
(I didn't use it)
Tempering
Oil-1tsp
Mustard & Urad dhal-each 1/2tsp
Hing-a pinch
Chopped green chillies-1
Curry leaves
Method
Mix all above ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan & temper it.
Pour the tempering into the salad and mix well , serve immediately.
