|Egg Pepper Fry|
(make slits on it)
Chopped onion -1
Curry leaves few
Cinnamon- a small piece
Grind to a smooth paste
Whole black pepper-1 & 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala a pinch ( optional)
Heat oil in a pan temper it with above ingredients.
Add onion & fry till light brown,add tomato & the ground paste.
Fry till raw smell has disappeared & oil has separated the masala.
Add the eggs gently mix it well combined with the masala.
Switch off the stove garnish with curry leaves.
Best served as side dish for rice or roti.
