Drumstick Juice 

Ingredients

Long drumsticks - 3

( cut it into pieces)

Chia seeds - 2 tsp

( soaked in water to bloat)

Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Black salt - 1/2 tsp or add according to your taste

Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Mint leaves - 6

Water as needed

Ice cubes as needed

Method

Cook drumstick in water till soft. Cool and grind it with mint leaves ,cumin powder & black salt. 

Filter the mixture and add water as needed.

Add lemon juice , ice cubes & chia seeds into the juice , mix and serve cold.
