Carrot Banana Smoothie |
Carrot chopped - 1 small
Banana chopped - 1
Almonds - 6
Chia seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch ( optional)
Seedless dates - 1
Cold milk - 1 & 1/2 cups
( add more or less according the consistence you want)
Method
Add all the above ingredients into a blender. blend till thick and creamy.
