Method
Using a a small cutter cut the middle portion of the idli.
Apply imli chutney on top of an idly and sprinkle sev on top.
Apply green chutney on top of an idly and sprinkle sev on top.
Apply garlic chutney on top of a idly and sprinkle sev and gun powder on top.
Enjoy as an appetizer.
