Quinoa Idly batter
water to dilute
Oil to make dosa
Method
Dilute the batter to semi thick consistency.Heat a tawa smear oil on it.Add a ladle of batter,spread it to thin circle.Add oil around it & cook it till done.Serve it with any chutney of your choice.
