Split yellow moongh dhal with skin-1 cup
(soaked for 2hrs)Green chillies-1
Salt to taste
Curd-2tsp
ENO fruit salt-1/4tsp
Tempering
Oil-2tsp
Mustard,urad dhal,jeera-each 1/2tsp
Hing-a pinch
Curry leaves chopped-little
Method
Grind dhal & green chillies till semi coarse batter by adding very little water.Temper it.Add salt & curd mix the batter well.Just before making idly mix the ENO,beat the batter.Pour it in greased idly moulds immediately & steam it till done.
