Korean Broccoli Banchan |
Blanched broccoli florets - 3 to 4 cups
Salt as needed
Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
Minced garlic - 4
Sesame seeds for garnish
Soy sauce or Gochugaru flakes - as needed
Method
Take all the ingredients into a bowl and gently toss till well combined. Taste and adjust according to your taste
Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
