| Berries Smoothie |
Ingredients
Mixed berries - 1/4 cup
Cold milk - 1 cup
Dates - 1
Collagen - 1 tbsp
Chia seeds - 1 tsp
Coconut milk to drizzle on top
( There is no measurements just add every thing to your taste)
Method
Add everything into a blender jar.
Blend to a smooth liquid, pour it into a glass and drizzle coconut milk on top & serve cold.
