Cabbage Soup |
Ingredients
Chopped cabbage -2 cups
Chopped tomato - 1
Chopped basil leaves - 2
Chopped onion - a handful
Chopped celery - 1 tsp
Chopped garlic -3
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Salt and Pepper powder to taste
Olive oil -1 tsp
Water or stock required amount
Method

Heat oil in a pan sauté cabbage, garlic, tomato , onion, celery till color changes.
Pour stock or water as needed , add the seasonings and boil till vegetables are cooked.
Switch off the flame add chopped basil and enjoy hot.
