| Papaya Chia Drink |
Papaya – 2 cups
Mint leaves – 10
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
Honey – 1 tbsp. (optional)
Chia seeds – 2 tbsp.
Ice cubes – as needed
Method
Soak chia seeds in water for about 10–15 minutes until they swell.
In a blender, add papaya, mint leaves, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Add soaked chia seeds and mix well.
Serve immediately!
Notes
For extra freshness, garnish with a few mint leaves or a slice of lemon.
