Salt & Pepper to taste
Mixed vegetables of your choice -little
(I used baby spinach,onion,tomato,capsicum,parsley)
Roasted & Powdered oats-2tsp
Milk-2tsp & Water-1tsp
(to make the mixture a bit thin)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.Heat oil in a non stick pan & pour the mixture.Cook it with little oil around it till both sides are well cooked.Sprinkle cheese on top & serve it hot.
