Long brown rice-1/2 cup
Yellow moongh dhal-1/3 cup
Channa dhal-1/8 cup
Water-4 cups
Salt a pinch
Brown sugar-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Edible camphor-a pinch
Nut & raisins fried in 2tbsp of ghee
Method
Fry moongh dhal till nice smell comes.Add the washed rice & channa dhal,pour water & cook it till done.Add the brown sugar give a boil.Switch off the stove & add the fried nuts ,cardamom powder & edible camphor.Mix it well & serve it hot.
