|Avocado Mint Yogurt Dip
Avocado - 1
(cut into half remove the seed and scoop out the flesh)
Mint and coriander leaves together - a handful
Salt to taste
Ginger - a small piece
Green chilies -2
Thick curd / Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth creamy dip.
Drizzle some olive oil on top and sprinkle chilly flakes, this step is optional
Serve with chips, steaks, cutlets , fries or anything of your choice.
