Avocado-1
(mashed)
Fine cornmeal-1/2 cup
All purpose flour-1 cup
Sugar-1/4 cup
Baking powder-1 & 1/2 tsp
Egg-2
(beaten)
Milk-1/4 cup
Salt -1/4tsp
Method
Mix all above ingredients together.Pour in greased muffin tins.Bake at 350 deg.C for 10 minutes or till done.
