Ragi Vegetable Uppuma

Ragi flour-2 cups
Chopped carrot-1
Chopped potato-1
Peas-1/4 cup
Chopped onion-1/2
Chopped tomato-1
Chopped green chillies-2
Curry leaves-little
Salt to taste
Grated ginger-1/2tsp
Grated coconut-6tsp
Urad dhal-1tsp
Channa dhal-1tsp
Cashew nuts chopped-6
Sprinkle little water to ragi flour mix it till it forms crumbs(see the picture).Put it in a bowl & steam this for 10 minutes.Cool & crumble it Heat oil in a pan temper it.Fry onion & green chillies till light brown.Add the vegetables ,curry leaves & salt ,fry till its cooked 3/4.Now add the ragi flour fry it in medium flame.Sprinkle very little water ,cover & cook it in low flame till done.Garnish it with coconut & serve it hot.
