Vepampoo Rasam(Neem flowers)

Ingredients
Tomato crushed-1
Tamarind paste-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Hing-1/4tsp
Curry & Coriander leaves-little
Grind
Jeera-1/4tsp
Pepper-1/4tsp
Green chillies-1
Garlic-2
Curry leaves-3
Tempering
Dry vepampoo-1/2tbsp
Thur dhal-1tsp
Mustard-1/4tsp
Oil-1tsp
Method
In a bowl mix crushed tomato,salt ,turmeric,hing,ground paste & tamarind paste,add enough water & dilute it.Heat oil in a pan temper it.Pour the tomato mixture,curry & coriander leaves.Switch off the gas once it starts to form a froth on top (do not boil it) .Serve it with hot rice.
