Mushroom & Dill Leaves Varuval


Ingredients
Sliced mushroom-1 pck
Chopped onion-1/2
Chopped tomato -1/2
Chopped dill leaves-1/2 bunch
Ginger & Garlic paste-1tsp
Slit green chillies-5
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Tempering
Oil-2tsp
Mustard-1tsp
Curry leaves-little
Method
Heat oil in a pan temper it .Fry onions till light brown.Now add remaining ingredients & fry it till mushrooms are cooked & dry(do not add water).Serve it garnished with dill leaves.
