Gosht Ka Sherva


Ingredients dry fried & made into a smooth paste.
Peanuts-2tsp
Desiccated coconut-2tsp
Sesame seeds-1 & 1/2tsp
Other ingredients
Mutton-1/2 pound
Green chillies-8
Sliced onion-2tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste-1/2tsp
Mint leaves chopped-a hand full
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Curd-1/4 cup
Fried onions till brown-1tbsp
Lime juice-1tsp
Tempering (Optional)
Oil-1tsp
Cloves-1,Cardamom-1,Cinnamon-1/4''
Method
Heat oil in a pressure cooker temper it.Fry onion,green chillies,mint,ginger & garlic paste for 2 minutes.Now add salt ,ground paste,turmeric powder & curd.Add little water & cook it till done.Before serving mix fried onions & lime juice.This goes very well with jeera rice .
